If not satisfied with a product for any reason, please notify MAXIMUS in writing within seven (7) days. Approved returnable products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, unaltered and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Goods returned for credit or exchange will be subject to restocking charges. We don’t accept liability for consequential loss or damage.

Custom orders such as goods specially cut to length, coated or treated are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only and cannot be retuned for credit.
MAXIMUS warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Provided that we accept the product for return during the limited warranty period, we may, at our option repair, replace or credit the amount paid.
