Application:
IVG Vacpower hardwall corrugated hose is designed for suction of sand and different kinds of abrasive materials (waste, large rocks, debris, etc..), used in harsh conditions, it is specially developed for suction excavators with mechanical arm. It can also be used for industrial cleanings.

Temperature:  -30°C (-22°F) to +70°C (+158°F)

Construction

Tube: Black, smooth anti-static synthetic rubber with excellent resistance to abrasion.
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic cord plus embedded steel helix wire.
Cover: Black, corrugated (wrapped finish) synthetic weathering and abrasion resistant rubber compound.
Electrical Resistance: hose grade Ω-L (R.e.<106 Ohm) according to the standard ISO 8031.
Wall thickness tolerance: Depending on the wall thickness, tolerance varies as mentioned in the table below.
