The MAXVAC POWER - Corrugated Extra Tough is an enhanced version of our proven RWMS30, available exclusively in 8" diameter. Key improvements include:
- Increased overall hose diameter from 221 mm to 223 mm for added robustness.
- Significantly improved abrasion resistance, with the abrasion value reduced from 90 mm³ to 40 mm³.
- More than 50% reduction in material loss under abrasive wear conditions.
- Tougher, longer-lasting hose compound designed to withstand the constant scouring action of highly abrasive materials.
These improvements make the hose particularly well suited to applications involving silt and sand suction, where traditional blasting rubber compounds can wear prematurely. The enhanced wear-resistant lining provides superior protection against abrasion, helping to extend hose life, reduce downtime, and lower replacement costs in demanding material handling environments.
